Kaufthal joins Katz Props.

According to Katz Properties, Daniel Kaufthal has joined the firm as a principal and operating partner. Kaufthal brings several years of experience in the acquisition and redevelopment of commercial and luxury residential properties throughout the Northeast region. Most recently, as vice president of Celestial Capital Group, Kaufthal focused primarily on acquisitions of value-add office and retail properties in the New York and Connecticut metropolitan area.
