Bay Shore, NY Members of The Racanelli Family, who head up Racanelli Construction Co., were honored at the 15th Annual Boulton Center Gala held on November 2nd at the Boulton Center. The event named The Racanelli Family to its roster of “Ambassadors of The Arts” in recognition of the family’s ongoing support of the organization and its high quality arts programs. Members of The Racanelli Family honored at the gala included Nicholas Racanelli, Michael Racanelli, Constance Racanelli, Richard Racanelli and Martin Racanelli, Jr. and their mother, Rochelle Racanelli.
The cocktail and desert reception event featured a live performance by contemporary pop/rock singer, songwriter and musician, Richard Marx.
The Racanelli Family has a long history of community involvement and support. In addition to the Boulton Center, the family is a strong supporter of the Hospice Care Network’s Children’s and Family Bereavement Program, which honored the family in 2010, the American Heart & Stroke Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Southside Hospital, Northwell Health, St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School, Special Olympics, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the YMCA of Long Island, among many others. The family’s tradition of community service and philanthropy was instilled in Nicholas, Michael, Constance, Richard and Martin, Jr. by their father, the late Martin J. Racanelli, Sr. and their mother, Rochelle.
