Charlotte, NC Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP (SGR) served as legal counsel to Big V Property Group in three of its recent shopping center acquisitions. The New York-based investment management company acquired Farm Pond, First Tuesday Center in Atlanta, Ga., and Poplin Place in Monroe, N.C.  

Farm Pond is a 52,500 s/f community shopping center. First Tuesday Center is a 158,795 s/f community shopping center. Poplin Place is a 227,669 s/f shopping center. 

The SGR legal team was led by New York real estate practice section head and partner Sean Altschul along with New York real estate practice associate Dexterrie Ramirez.
