Manhattan, NY According to The Durst Org., 15-year leases were signed by Dill & Parsley for 1,446 s/f and Dig Inn for 1,416 s/f on the ground floor of 1155 Avenue of the Americas. Both eateries are located on the 45th St. side of the property.
Dill & Parsley was represented by vice president of retail leasing Marc Sitt and vice president Albert Manopla of Kassin Sabbagh Realty.Dig Inn was represented by director Michael Cohen and managing director Neal Ohm of RKF. The Durst Org. was represented in-house by managing director Ashley Mays.
This will be Dill & Parsley second location at a Durst property–they are also in 829 Third Ave., and 1155 will be the Mediterranean eatery’s fourth location in the borough.
Mind sourcing Dig Inn has over a dozen locations across Manhattan, outlets in Brooklyn, Rye Brook and Boston, and runs a farm in upstate New York’s “Black Dirt” region where they train their chefs.

Dill & Parsley featured Mediterranean Cuisine that focuses on natural ingredients that are made from scratch. The menu features specialties from the Agean Coastline and Anatolia including Chicken Doner, Falafel, and Beef Tava.
