What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?
Several large portfolio projects valued in excess of $1billion and notable litigation cases in which I provided the appraisal/advisory services and expert testimony.

What was the best decision that you made in 2018 and how did it impact your business?
Focus on business growth, targeted networking and client diversification

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?
Increased interest rates and continued bank consolidations 

What was an unexpected event that occurred in 2018, and how did it impact your career or personal life?
Personal life was busy in 2018 – a son’s wedding; my daughter’s engagement;   and a new arrival our fifth grandchild

Do you have any New Year’s Resolution(s)?
On a personal level  more leisure time with family and traveling including more summer time off at our beach house on LBI and back to yoga and more physical disciplines; business wise, writing more professional articles as well as teaching at NYU and Stony Brook College of Business.
