Represented the owner of the property at 20 Times Square, New York, New York in connection with its $1.53 billion sale of the property. The transaction not only involved the sale of the property but also included a complex structured financing component with a portion of the financing being held by the owner.  In addition, a development services agreement was negotiated as the owner retained the right to complete the development of the property.
