What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2018?

After a very lengthy arbitration, we won a very large award on behalf of one of our developer clients who was faced with construction defects and a defaulted contractor. I also served as President of CREWNY in 2018 where this year our board launched a monthly newsletter, a pilot UCREW program, a Past President’s Scholarship Program and, of course, the organization celebrated our 40th anniversary with a gala at the Edison Ballroom. 

What market trend(s) will impact your industry in 2019?

Construction continues to boom, so we expect to remain very busy on both the transactional side preparing contracts for projects as well as on the litigation side.

Do you have any New Year’s Resolution(s)?

Not really. I try to set meaningful goals for myself throughout the year instead.
