Zere of Zere Real Estate Services sells 5,000 s/f retail center for $850,000

West Babylon, NY According to Michael Zere, executive vice president at Zere Real Estate Services, Little East Neck Plaza LLC purchased a multi-tenanted 5,000 s/f retail center  at 964 Little East Neck Rd.

Zere represented the buyer Little East Neck Road Plaza LLC  and the seller 964 Little East Neck Road LLC. The purchase price was $850,000.

The subject is on a prime corner site on one acre with adjacent expansion land.

“ The site has great retail potential with high traffic volume, strong demographics on a major cut through access road to the South Shore markets of Long Island,” said Zere.
