Lunzer of EMH Commercial Realty sells Bushwick development site for $1.55 million

Brooklyn, NY EMH Commercial Realty completed the sale of 24 Fayette St., a development site in the Bushwick neighborhod. The sale was facilitated by Aaron Lunzer. 

The subject property is a development site with 8,500 s/f of air rights on Fayette St. between Broadway and Beaver St. New ownership plans to take advantage of the C4-3 and build a mixed-use building including offices and residential apartments.

24 Fayette St. is near the M & J trains, offering access to public transportation and a commute to the city plus immunity for the L train shutdown.
