Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W Pyramid) has completed the following transactions: 

2801 Court Street - Syracuse, NY

• 2801 Court St.: The Lyndale Business Park has two new tenants. Pioneer Warehouse leased 68,590 s/f, and 3G Packaging leased 35,890 s/f of warehouse space. From C&W Pyramid, Paul Mackey and Gary Cottet exclusively marketed the property and brokered both leases.

5818 Molloy Road - Syracuse, NY

• 5818 Molloy Rd.: James Piao purchased the 10,040 s/f building in October from Scherzi Photography.  From C&W Pyramid, Lee Salvetti represented the buyer and JWP Commercial represented the seller.

• Van Buren Rd. in Baldwinsville: The 32.61 acre parcel located at Van Buren and Walters Rds. was sold. Van Buren Acquisition purchased the property in September for $950,000. Carmen Davoli of C&W Pyramid brokered this sale transaction on behalf of the seller, The Estate of Robert Klaben.

3782 Route 13 North - Pulaski, NY

• 3782 Rte. 13 North in Pulaski: Passarella Pizzeria purchased the 2,000 s/f building in October for $235,000. William Evertz of C&W Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Pulaski Realty Holding LLC.

225 Greenfield Parkway - Liverpool, NY

• 225 Greenfield Pkwy. in Liverpool: Samuel Vulcano of C&W Pyramid represented the tenant, Sirius Computer Solutions, a national integrator of technology-based business solutions, in leasing 3,420 s/f of professional office space. 

• 4887-4889 Taft Rd. in Liverpool: A 6.17 acre parcel was sold. Farone and Son Funeral home purchased the commercial property in September for $450,000 from Blaise Larroca. Evertz represented the buyer.

5959 Court Street Road - Syracuse, NY

• 5959 Court Street Rd.: The 12,920 s/f truck terminal was sold. Net Express Inc. purchased the property in September for $650,000. Cottet brokered this sale transaction and represented the buyer. 

8387 Seneca Turnpike- New Hartford, NY

• 8387 Seneca Tpke. in New Hartford: Jeffrey D’Amore and Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight of C&W Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and brokered the sale of the 37,010 s/f former Paragon Athletic Building. ADHD and Autism Physiological Services purchased the building in October for $1.55 million. 

230-236 Genesee Street North - Utica, NY

• 230-236 Genesee St. North in Utica: D’Amore exclusively marketed the property and brokered the sale of the 4,000 s/f retail property  on behalf of the seller, Two Frederick Street LLC. The property was sold in October for $700,000 and will be the site of a new Five Star Urgent Care.
