Cohen and Company, Inc. Real Estate (CCIRE) has completed the sale of Centre Plaza a neighborhood shopping center. Centre Plaza, built in 1989, is a 100,452 s/f shopping center anchored by Food Lion and Goodwill. The property was sold with 17,557 s/f vacant. Vera Thomas, senior managing director of CCIRE, represented the seller and the purchaser, both private companies.
