Michael Cervelli R.E. handles sale of 13-unit apartment building

Michael Cervelli of Michael Cervelli Real Estate has completed the sale of 292 Harrison Ave., a brick 13-unit apartment building. Located adjacent to a county park and not far from the Journal Sq. Path station, the building was sold to a local group looking to perform a condo conversion.
