Garden City, NY According to the Tri-State offices for Avison Young (AY), the firm has arranged three medical office leases for ClearChoice Management Services totaling 28,795 s/f. Representatives from the Avison Young New York City, Long Island and Fairfield/Westchester offices worked in tandem to close these multiple transactions, and the deals were sourced through a referral by the firm’s Los Angeles office. These three long-term leases each represent new locations for the Denver-based ClearChoice Management Services and demonstrate the company’s commitment to expanding its presence throughout the entire New York metro area as well as their confidence in the Avison Young brand across the country.

Queens, New York City:
The Avison Young New York City office closed a 10-year, 9,170 s/f lease on the third floor of 22-15 43d Ave., an office property in Long Island City for Clear Choice. An Avison Young team of Martin Cottingham, principal, Michael Gottlieb, principal, and Patrick Steffens, associate, represented the tenant in the negotiations. The initial transaction was sourced by Matt Wallace and Torrey DiRoberto, both vice presidents in the Avison Young Los Angeles office. Joe Grotto and Edward Kent with Cushman & Wakefield represented the building owner, Werwaiss & Co.
Garden City, Long Island:
The Avison Young Long Island office arranged an 11-year, 9,500 s/f lease on the second floor of 990 Stewart Ave., a class A office building in Garden City, for ClearChoice. An Avison Young team comprising Ted Stratigos, principal, Amanda Gorozdi, senior associate, and Kevin Stratigos, associate broker, represented the tenant in the negotiations. John LaRuffa with NAI represented the building owner, Onyx Equities.
New Rochelle, Westchester:
The Avison Young Fairfield/Westchester office arranged a 10-year, 10,125 s/f lease on the third floor of 20 Cedar St., an office property in New Rochelle for ClearChoice. An Avison Young team comprised of Sean Cahill, principal and managing director and Lou Amalfitano, vice president, represented the tenant in the negotiations. Roy Katter with Katter Co., represented the building owner, Cedar Plaza Associates in the transaction.
