After a courageous battle with cancer, Kevin Kelly passed away at the age of 44. Kelly was a founding principal of U.S. Realty Capital. He had been involved in the real estate industry since his graduation from the University of Rochester in 1985. His entrepreneurial spirit and vision served his clients and partners for 20 years as he took on leadership and training roles throughout his career to generate loan production and investment divisions in the various companies he worked for and created.
Working on behalf of his borrowers, he provided over $1 billion of debt and equity loans for retail, office, industrial, hotel, and apartment product types as well as the healthcare industry. He will most be remembered for his love of life and his positive attitude both of which will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Reiss Kelly; sons, Kevin Sean Kelly, II and Brennan Christopher Kelly; father, Dr. William Kelly, Jr.; two brothers; a sister; and many nieces and nephews.
