What are some of your biggest accomplishments in the last 12 months?

Creating the Real Estate Power Program. It includes interactive seminars on mindset and work/life strategies as it pertains to growing your business. I wanted to find a way to help people expand their business while dealing with the challenges of everyday life and belief systems. I wanted to help people get out of their own way so they can create the business they knew they wanted to when they “signed-up” as an agent, and help those who were doing “okay” but needed to get to the next level.

How important is it for women to create a personal brand?

Very. I think it is important to be authentic most of all. Everyone has their own story, their own personality and way of communicating–and when you “own” that, your personal brand is solid. We are all different and that should be celebrated. When the message you are sending in your work comes from a place of service and you know WHY you are who you are, and you know WHY you have created the business you have created, that sends a powerful message of confidence out into the world.

How many messages are in your inbox right now and how do you manage email?

I have zero unread messages. I read my work mail as soon as it comes in. I do however save the mail of important business correspondences that occur so I can look back at the history.

What do you like to do for fun?

I raise my three children, go to concerts, enjoy unique restaurants, producing film/TV, painting and practice the drums.

Ken Blanchard, Darren Hardy, Oprah Winfrey, Arianna Huffington, Eric Thomas, Patrick Bet-David, Tom Bilyeu,Tony Robbins, All of the sharks on Shark Tank-Richard Branson, and Gary Vaynerchuck. Joining the networking groups that include business owners/decision makers and are industry focused.

I am also blessed to have come to know and become friends with many business leaders on Long Island. They have introduced me to people they know who they felt could benefit from what I set out to do in businesses- make a positive difference. I am always grateful and honored…and strive to connect people as well.
