On July 31, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will give the floor to a group of developers behind some of the city's most innovative residential and commercial spaces at a breakfast (8 to 10 a.m.) Developers Forum at The Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Ave. at 44th St. New York Post columnist Lois Weiss will reprise her role as moderator of PWC's ongoing series of developers forums.
