Eastern Consolidated is exclusively marketing a five-story 6,968 s/f property located at 428 Greenwich St. in the Tribeca area.
Eastern's director Timothy Unich and senior director Marcia Rose Yawitz along with analyst Jared Toothman are leading the marketing initiative for the sale of the loft property now occupied on the ground floor by The Greenwich Grill, a new restaurant. The lower level has a sushi bar.
According to Yawitz, "This acquisition would give the new owner the certainty of a long-term credit-worthy commercial tenant, the possibility of adding height because of the inclusion of 2,000 s/f of air rights, and a sensational foothold in Tribeca."
Founded in 1981, Eastern Consolidated has emerged as one of the country's preeminent full-service real estate investment services firms, combining an unrivaled expertise in the greater New York marketplace with a worldwide roster of institutional and private investor clients. Over the years, it has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition and finance of all types of properties, including office and apartment buildings, lofts, factories, hotels, shopping centers, commercial and residential development sites, taxpayers, parking garages and lots, retail condominiums and air rights transfers.
