National Association of Realtors 2019 Dues
Dues for the National Association of Realtors are $150 per member beginning in 2019 (a $30 increase) $17 of the increase is for Realtor party advocacy programming. The remaining $14 will fund programs such as the new Commitment to Excellence professionalism initiative, the popular forms and transaction management benefit and upkeep of the association’s buildings.
Have you completed your Code of Ethics Training?
As required by the National Association of Realtors, all Realtor members must complete 2.5 hours of approved Code of Ethics training every two years. The current cycle is January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2018. Failure to complete the NAR-required Code of Ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty for which Realtor membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training is completed.

Realtor Emeritus Status
A Realtor Member who has held membership in the National Association as a Realtor, Realtor-associate, or both, for a cumulative period of 40 years is eligible for Realtor Emeritus status.
In addition to proof that the member has held membership for at least 40 years, the applicant must also have proof of one year service at the local, state or national level. (Starting in 2020, applications must have proof of service at the National level. Realtor Emeritus members do not pay state or national dues.
