Marcus & Millichap lists 5-story building in Murray Hill, Manhattan

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has retained the exclusive listing for a seven-unit, five-story townhouse in the Murray Hill neighborhood owned by chef/cookbook author Annemarie Huste. Peter Von Der Ahe, an associate vice president and director of Marcus & Millichap's National Multi Housing Group and Joe Koicim, an investment specialist also in the firm's local office, are representing Huste in the sale.
