Brooklyn, NY Barcel Group completed the the sale of four buildings totaling $9.425 million. Marcel Fridman represented all parties in the deals.The properties are:

• 872 Lorimer St. sold for $2.8 million or $682 per s/f with a cap rate of 5%.

• 7 Ridgewood Pl. sold for $3.2 million or $533 per s/f with a cap rate of 5.75%.

• 259 Rogers Ave. sold for $1.625 million or $500 per s/f.

• 376 Montgomery sold for $1.8 million or .16 GRM.
