Plainview, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Silber Investment Properties has leased 12,076 s/f at 125 Newtown Rd. The tenant was represented by Alan Yaffe of United Realty. David Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations.
The 51,981 s/f flex building sits on 3.3 acres and is close to the Long Island Expressway.
Silber Investment Properties is a real estate brokerage company based on Long Island and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment properties all throughout the country.
“The huge amount of parking that the landlord was able to offer Silber was the key reason this property was chosen,” said Hunt. “Silber needed mostly office space, and we had it for them. The space should be delivered by early September of this year.”
Silber is relocating from Hicksville and will be joining tenants Transtar Industries and VidaBox in occupying the building that is now fully leased. The building is part of an Anton-Cerrone Associates portfolio consisting of over 720,000 s/f of office and flex space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt has represented Anton-Cerrone as their exclusive leasing agent for more than 30 years.
