Legacy Banks opens branch on 39 North Pearl St.

Legacy Banks of Berkshire County, Massachusetts has opened its first full-service branch in the Capital Region on 39 North Pearl St. The bank celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting by Legacy Banks chairperson and CEO Williar Dunlaevy, mayor Gerald Jennings, and Downtown Albany BID executive director Pamela Tobin.
