Tenants at the center include Fresenius Medical Care, which specializes in kidney dialysis, Bishop McHugh Health Center and Honest Restaurant.

Matthew Kucker of Colliers International Long Island represented buyer J.D. Thakrall, a local real estate investor, while Neil Schorr of Realty Insight Group represented seller South Broadway Holdings.
