GDC celebrates grand opening of 1177@Greystone – 55-unit project in Yonkers

Yonkers, NY Ginsburg Development Companies (GDC), recently held the grand opening of 1177 @Greystone, a new boutique luxury rental apartment building in the Greystone neighborhood.

 The three-story building, which is located at 1177 Warburton Ave., north of GDC’s River Tides at Greystone rental complex, features 55 apartments with nine-foot-plus ceiling heights, oversized windows and many with balconies offering views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. 

The apartments range in size from 680 s/f for a one-bedroom unit to 1,245 s/f for a three-bedroom, two bath unit.
