Manhattan, NY Savills Studley has arranged a five year lease with Fiverr at 38 Greene St., a five-story elevator office building located at the corner of Grand St. in SoHo.
The 2nd floor commercial loft space is 9,400 s/f and according to public record, the asking rent was $84 per s/f.
Fiverr was represented by Gabe Marans and Sean Hoffman at Savills Studley, and the landlord Zar Property NY, was represented in-house by David Zar.
“After experiencing significant growth over the last few years, Fiverr was in need of a larger office with a lease structure that could accommodate continuous expansion” said Marans. “In the heart of SoHo, Fiverr’s new home at 38 Greene has the design character and neighborhood vibrancy required to attract and retain skilled tech talent, with a landlord that understands the nuances and needs of a growing company.”
The tenant will be relocating out of 2,600 s/f at 401 Broadway. The new space features exposed brick, five glass offices, 20 wraparound windows and 16 foot high ceilings.
According to their website, Fiverr is “the world’s largest freelance services marketplace for lean entrepreneurs to focus on growth and create a successful business at affordable costs.”
