Elizabethtown, NY According to Charterhouse Development Corp., a commercial real estate development and investment company, it has acquired a Kinney Drugs retail store.
Located at 7550 Court St., the 11,598 s/f store was acquired by an entity operated by Charterhouse Development from STORE Master Funding X, LLC for $2.8 million.
“This Kinney Drugs store in Elizabethtown is an excellent addition to the drugstore side of our portfolio,” said Meredith Roy, president of Charterhouse. “We will look forward to being a part of this community.”

Kinney Drugs is a nationally recognized chain of over 110 drugstores and pharmacies primarily in Central and Northern New York, with additional locations in Vermont.
Elizabethtown is a town in New York’s Essex Country, with a population of approximately 2,000 residents. Elizabethtown also serves as the location of the Essex County seat. The town is closely located to major cities such as Burlington, Vermont, Albany, New York, and Montreal, and calls itself the “Pleasant Valley.”
