Brooklyn, NY The CPEX Multi-Family Sales Team has sold a five-unit multi-family property in East Williamsburg for $1.875 million.

The property is located at 247 Devoe St., between Bushwick Ave. and Olive St. in East Williamsburg. The three-story walk-up building consists of five residential units and measures 4,500 gross s/f. 247 Devoe St. was delivered fully occupied with two free market apartments and three rent-stabilized apartments.

The property sold for approximately $417 per s/f, or $375,000 per unit.
