Bronx, NY UA Builders Group, a NY-based design-build firm, is working on a new ground-up passive house at 746 East 214th St.

Developed by Propco Holdings, the four-story building will feature 10 units ranging in size from one to two-bedrooms. The architect is Markel Architecture. Completion is expected for spring 2019.

Adjacent to Van Courtland Park Golf Course, this Williamsbridge neighborhood location features multiple transportation options within close walking distance, as well as a variety of restaurant, hotel and retail offerings.
