Manhattan, NY 91 Leonard developer Toll Brothers has launched its sales gallery, designed by Whitehall Interiors. Resembling a two-bedroom unit, the sales gallery showcases the project’s industrial-yet-refined aesthetic and layouts. Whitehall Interiors were inspired from the warehouses of TriBeCa’s past and pairing that with out-of-the-box details not commonly seen in new developments in the city.
91 Leonard is a 19-story building with 111 condominium residences, ranging from studios to four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom units. The project cost was not available.
The archiects for the project were Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and Hill West Architects.
Design touches like white-washed oak floor planks of the exact size of planks used in traditional TriBeCa warehouses, contrasting visible door hinges and high ceilings with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows.
Finishes are modern with blackened steel kitchen backsplashes, mixed metal hardware and onyx feature walls in the powder rooms.
