They represented the landlord and tenant in a deal to renew the lease of Suite 215 in 225 Broadhollow Rd. Professional tax and accounting firm, Cohen & Lynn, LLP, renewed their lease of the 2,500 s/f space from landlord Fairfield Properties. Inserra and Schneider also recently represented the landlord and tenant to lease another 3,000 s/f space in 225 Broadhollow Rd.
The space was leased to Ethos Specialty Insurance Services LLC.
Inserra and Schneider worked together to complete the sale of 240 Madison Ave. in Garden City, a 3,700 s/f industrial building boasting one drive-in and a fenced lot. Inserra and Schneider represented the buyer, Performance Mechanical Corp., and seller, 240 Madison Ave LLC.
Inserra and Schneider also represented tenant B. Thayer Associates in the lease of a 5,198 square foot space located in 37-18 Northern Boulevard, Long Island City, and a 10,555 square foot space located in 99 Sunnyside Boulevard, Plainview. Lastly, the two represented Kerwick & Curran in the lease of a 5,000 square foot office space located at 58 South Service Road in Melville, NY.
