Goldschmidt & Associates brokers three leases in Scarsdale totaling 11,400 s/f

Scarsdale NY According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, 11,400 s/f has been leased to three new tenants at Two Overhill Rd.

Goldschmidt & Associates, the exclusive broker for the property, reported that 6,155 s/f was leased to a major medical group which was represented by Christopher O’Callaghan of JLL. Goldschmidt was the sole broker for the 3,650 s/f specialty office user, and  a 1,581 s/f medical related user. All will occupy their spaces in early 2018.

Two Overhill Rd. includes 62,000 s/f and a two-level valet garage across from Scarsdale Metro North Train Station and close to the Bronx River Parkway. The building’s zoning includes medical and has extended HVAC hours.
