According to HelmsleySpear, Response Companies recently signed a three-year sublease for 5,940 s/f at 10 East 40th St. Stanley Conway of HelmsleySpear represented the tenant; Tim Farrell of Joseph Day represented the sublandlord, Global Credit Services.
