Murphy of Greiner-Maltz brokers $800,000 sale

West Babylon, NY Bob Murphy at Greiner-Maltz assisted a family-owned construction business with operations since 1995  in a search for a facility to accommodate its expanding operations. He identified a viable site at 541 Falmouth Rd.

The free-standing, 3,500 s/f industrial building was sold by a transmissions repair shop at the end of September for $800,000. 

The family-owned construction specializes in concrete construction, serving municipal utilities such as National Grid and PSEG LI to provide access to underground infrastructure. Murphy represented the buyer and seller.
