Winick Realty Group has completed the following transactions:
* True Religion Brand Jeans has signed a lease at 14 Wall St. in the Financial District for 700 s/f on the ground floor and 1,000 s/f on the lower level. The asking rent was $700 per s/f. Darrell Rubens and Michael Worthman of Winick represented the property owner, Capstone Equities. True Religion was represented by the Kaufman Org.
* Winick completed its exclusive leasing assignment at 1498 Second Ave. on the Upper East Side. The 1,300 s/f space was leased to Jeffery Stein. Rubens, managing director, and Annie Shinn of Winick represented the owner. The tenant was represented by Josh Roth of ZE Realty.
* Free People signed a lease at 1319 Third Ave., between E. 75th and E. 76th Sts. on the Upper East Side. The location will have a total of 4,200 s/f. Benjamin Fox, president, and Cosmo Montemurro of Winick represented the landlord. Free People was represented by Beth Rosen of RKF and Lorraine Adney of The McDevitt Co.
Winick has also been appointed the excusive leasing agent for the following properties:
* Retail space at 530 Fifth Ave. on the northwest corner of West 44th St. is now available to lease. Lori Shabtai, director of luxury and brand retail at Winick is marketing the space with Jeff Winick, CEO, and Rubens.
* Up to 100,000 s/f at 605 West 42nd St., east of 11th Ave. is available in the borough's West Side. The project is the second phase of The Moinian Group's 42nd St. development, which was designed in close coordination with The Atelier-with which it connects underground. Construction started in 2007, and will be completed in 2010. The building features all-glass architecture created by Costas Kondylis. The design was completed by Phillipe Starck.
* SoupMan plans to expand through the tri-state area. Frank Terzulli and Diana Boutross of Winick will be working on the account.
* Winick is the agent for the retail space at 184 Kent Ave. in Brooklyn. After restoration, this landmark building will have up to 29,000 s/f of retail space, and 207 parking spaces. Shabtai, Boutross, sr. managing director, and Amanda Scoblick, director, all of Winick will collaborate for this space.
