White Plains, NY The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester County has elected of its slate of officers for the 2018 term. Susan Curtis, senior property manager, RPA, FMA of RXR Realty, was elected president. Curtis, who manages RXR’s portfolio in Westchester and Connecticut, was sworn in with the rest of the slate at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held December 4th at Westchester Hills Golf Club. Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2018 term were: VP, Scott Tangredi of Reckson, a division of SL Green; secretary, Cameron Paktinat of William Warren Group; treasurer, and Caroline Molloy of Cushman & Wakefield.
The following Directors were also elected: Vinny Finnegan of Gedney Way Consultants LLC; John Lomurno of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Stephanie Manfredi of Colliers International; and Edward Miller of Celestial Capital Group LLC.
