De Ruggierro named Hoboken Commons agent

Realtor Bob De Ruggiero reports that his firm has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the Hoboken Commons project.  Located at 1320-1322 Adams St., the site runs from the corner of 14th and Adams to 14th and Jefferson St. There are over 14,400 s/f of retail/office spaces available.  Three of the spaces are being designated for food tenants. The center has 15,000 s/f parking.
