What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017?

My most notable transaction was financing a package of buildings on the Upper West Side, which included a townhome that was paying a six figure monthly rent.

What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why? 

As some lenders pulled back I was able to develop new banking relationships for my clients with new lenders, which will benefit both of us moving forward.

Who or what contributed to your success in 2017 and why? 

I have some amazing and loyal clients that are a pleasure to work with and I have been honored to work with them and watch their business grow.

What trends will impact your business in 2018?

Looking forward to some possible corrections in some of the sectors that have slowed down, with price adjustments we can hopefully get back to the volume that we got used to seeing in previous years.
