What was the best decision you made in 2017 and why?

The best decision I made in 2017 was to proceed with the construction of a 10,000 s/f multi-tenant industrial building in Center Moriches. With industrial space at 100% occupancy at several of my other locations and booming all across Long Island, I decided to build now. I began construction in October and expect to finish spring of 2018. With leases signed for two of the units already and many prospective tenants for me to choose from I believe this trend will continue well into 2018. 

In fact, I see this boom all across the entire economy and I believe it is primarily due to the new presidential administration and the pro-business/pro America decisions they are making. I call it, “The Trump Effect.” I predict this trend to continue with momentum as long as Trump is President.
