What was your most notable project, deal, transaction or professional achievement in 2017? 

As a music connoisseur, working the past three years with legendary music venue, My Father’s Place, which culminated in a joint venture with the owners of the Roslyn Hotel, which we brokered the sale of earlier this year for $14.1 million. 

The club, which featured such past performers as Springsteen, the Police, U2, Tom Petty and Billy Joel, will be returning in 2018 to the town where it all started. The famous venue brings a smile and great memories back to those that frequented it, and we are glad we can be a part of its new story.
