Levy and Menaged of Adams & Co. handle 13,500 s/f lease for Planet Sox

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a six-year, 13,500 s/f lease at 20 West 33rd St. for Planet Sox Holdings, LLC, a socks and accessories company. David Levy and David Menaged of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Steven Levy of Kamber Management represented the landlord. "33rd St. is the center of New York's fashion accessories industry," said Menaged. "This is the best location in New York City for Planet Sox's business."
