The golfers were able to play on the Shenendoah Golf Course for most of the day with good weather. Late in the afternoon the skies opened up with rain, but many of the golfers were able to finish the 18 holes. Conference attendees enjoyed keynote speaker, Herb Krumsick, SIOR who spoke about the state of real estate in the U.S. It was very informative and everyone enjoyed Herb's great sense of humor! Mike Kelly, director of government affairs for NYSAR, did a great job as he spoke to the attendees relative to legislative items including the new education requirements that went into effect July 1. The instructors for six courses were well received by the attendees: Conley; Patrick Reilly, RCE; Ginecki; Wilson; Joe Larkin, CCIM, SIOR; William Burgess, SIOR; James Runko; and Jacqueline Conti, MAI, JD.
