CBRE has arranged a 10-year, 12,149 s/f renewal and expansion at 126 East 56th St., Tower 56, on behalf of The Lanier Law Firm, LLC. The deal was arranged by CBRE's Silvio Petriello, senior VP; Ben Friedland, senior VP; and Sam Seiler, senior associate. Randy Abend and Cynthia Wasserberger, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the landlord, Macklowe Properties.
