Kaplan of Hidrock leases 2,023 s/f at 53 West 36th St.

The Futures Group Holdings, Inc. has leased 2,023 s/f on the sixth floor of 53 West 36th St. for its headquarters, according to Abraham Hidary, president of Hidrock Realty, the building's landlord. The tenant will take occupancy of the space for a term of seven years. Robert Kaplan, senior director at Hidrock, represented the landlord. Ariel Frankel of Benchmark Properties represented the tenant.
