Garden City Park, NY Schuckman Realty Inc. has completed three new leases  totaling 8,550 s/f at The Point at Garden City Park, an outdoor shopping center undergoing renovation in North Hempstead on Marcus Ave. and Nassau Blvd.

“The new ownership is investing millions to remodel the center with new façade, new store fronts, parking and pylons to create the new best in class shopping center,” said Schuckman Realty’s Edward Gottlieb. “It is attracting new and exciting retail tenants to this Nassau County neighborhood center.”

The new tenants at The Point at Garden City Park at 2337-2349 Jericho Tpke. include:

• Orangetheory Fitness signed a 3,500 s/f 10-year lease. Gottlieb represented the landlord, Regency Centers. The Windsor Realty Group’s Sam Zelony represented the tenant.

• Bagels and a Hole Lot More signed a 2,500 s/f 10-year-lease. Gottlieb represented both the tenant and landlord Regency Center.

• Pie Five Pizza Co. signed a 2,250 s/f, 10-year lease. Gottlieb represented the landlord, Regency Centers and JLL and Ripco represented the tenant.

• Orangetheory Fitness, Bagels and a Hole Lot More and Pie Five Pizza Co., are all expected to take occupancy sometime before the end of 2017.
