Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 10-year, 2,090 s/f lease for Neapolitan Express, an artisanal pizzeria, at 29 Second Ave.
A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of managing director Brandon Singer and senior brokerage coordinator Michael Cody brokered the transaction.
“This is an ideal location for a growing company like Neapolitan Express,” said Singer. “Situated in one of New York City’s most popular neighborhoods and in close proximity to public transportation, the new lease will introduce Neapolitan Express to a multitude of new foot-traffic.”
Neapolitan Express will be taking the entire ground floor and basement of the four-story building at 29 Second Ave. This transaction represents the first signed lease in Neapolitan Express’s planned New York City rollout. The company originally launched as the first eco-friendly food truck, and now boasts several truck locations throughout the city and two brick and mortar locations.
Located in the East Village, 29 Second Ave. is accessible to the 6, B, D, F, M, J, Z, N, R, and W subway lines and multiple bus routes. The property is also situated nearby popular neighborhoods including SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy.
