Bedford Hills, NY Sean Dunleavy, director of operations at Atlantic Westchester, Inc. was recently named a 2017 recipient by ACHR The News for the publication’s annual “40 Under 40” award. The award recognizes exceptional individuals under the age of 40 who are driving the HVAC industry into the next generation.

 Dunleavy is responsible for the daily operations of the company, as well as maintaining over 100 long-term client relationships. Prior to his work at Atlantic Westchester, Dunleavy worked as a field service technician at P.E. Control Services. He fast tracked from an entry level position to management in six years and is currently leading a five-million-dollar field service operation.

In addition to his work at Atlantic Westchester, Dunleavy is an instructor at the local union hall teaching 4th year HVAC service technician apprentices. He also works with other instructors and vendors to keep up-to-date with the constantly evolving world of HVAC services.
