Port Jefferson Station, NY Lee Rosner, CCIM, SIOR, managing principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, has brokered two leases totaling 18,192 s/f at the Washington Professional Park located at 1500 Rte. 112.

In the first lease, Rosner completed a 4,504 s/f lease at the property.  Rosner represented the landlord, M & R Stony Brook, Inc. Scott Berfas of Newmark of long Island, LLC represented the tenant, Long Island Eye Surgical Care, PC. 

The second lease was for 13,688 s/f. Rosner represented the landlord, M & R Stony Brook, Inc. and the tenant, New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (formerly known as North Shore Hematology-Oncology Associates, PC).

Washington Professional Park is a professional office park predominantly occupied with medical practices. It is located on a 21-acre site at a signaled intersection on NYS Rte. 112 within minutes of three major area hospitals. The 135,000 s/f development is 80% built out.
