Outside the Region: Wilcox and Raymond of G.S. Wilcox complete financing for five-building industrial portfolio – $6 million

Orange, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. has completed $6 million in financing for a five-building industrial portfolio. The majority of the properties have 22 ft. ceiling heights and total 115,000 s/f. The financing was arranged by Gretchen Wilcox, president, and Al Raymond, principal.

“The adaptable properties are located in close proximity to multiple major thoroughfares and will be a crucial asset in Northern New Jersey’s thriving industrial market,” Wilcox said.
