Mount Kisco, NY According to Ripco Real Estate, Club Pilates opened three new locations throughout Westchester County. Club Pilates is now open in locally on East Main St., as well as in Scarsdale, and Ardsley, with more locations coming soon.

Club Pilates studios are now open at 30 East Main St., 365 Central Ave. in Scarsdale,  and 875 Saw Mill River Rd. in Ardsley. 

Ripco, which represents Club Pilates in the greater New York/New Jersey metropolitan market, was responsible for identifying the locations for the three new Westchester sites.  

According to Ripco’s David Townes, “Westchester with its many sub-markets which are densely populated with strong incomes and education levels is the perfect fit for Club Pilates’ core customer.”

“We are seeing an increasing trend toward specialized fitness studios that are growing in numbers as people seek healthier lifestyles,” said Florian Suserman of Ripco. 

Club Pilates is continuing to expand and has numerous franchisees actively looking to open studios.  “As such, we are aggressively seeking new locations for this very exciting and successful concept,” said Townes.
