New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $23.475 million for the following four deals:

• $13 million for a four-story office building comprised of 281,760 s/f, located in Roseland, N.J. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing.

• $4.5 million for a four-story multifamily apartment building containing 29 units and one commercial office, located in Bayshore, Suffolk County.  Matthew Classi, managing member of GC, arranged the financing.

• $3.575 million for a newly constructed two-story residential building containing 16 apartments, located in Lindenhurst, Suffolk County. Classi arranged the financing. 

• $2.4 million for a neighborhood retail shopping center comprised of 38,000 s/f, located in Blue Point, Suffolk County. Classi arranged the financing.
